WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Design and customize Flexibar, FleXbus, and Power Shunt solutions to meet customer and OEM requirements.
- Review drawings and specifications to develop accurate, manufacturable, and cost-effective designs.
- Interpret customer requirements and prepare technical documentation.
- Support sustaining engineering activities, specifications, and installation documentation.
- Prepare detailed quotations, including BOMs, pricing, drawings, and customized solutions.
- Create and launch new part setups with BOMs, specifications, and manufacturing drawings.
- Provide technical support to Sales and customers for customized product solutions.
YOU HAVE:
- Associate’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Drafting, Design, or related field
- 3+ years of CAD/BIM design experience
- Strong experience with SolidWorks
- Ability to read and interpret commercial construction/architectural drawings
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/PLM systems
