More about the role

Are you passionate about working closely with customers and sales teams to deliver excellent solutions and support? We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who enjoys collaborating with customers, building strong relationships, and contributing to business success through effective sales and quotation support.

In this role, you will be a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. You will help understand customer needs, identify suitable lighting solutions, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the sales process. A significant part of the role involves preparing, coordinating, and managing quotations, ensuring that customer requests are translated into accurate and competitive proposals.

To succeed in the role, you will combine a customer-focused and commercial approach with a good understanding of lighting products, applications, and solutions. While deep technical expertise is not the primary focus, technical knowledge will support your ability to provide guidance, make appropriate recommendations, and deliver high-quality quotations and customer support.

* Please note that this is a temporary 12-month contract to cover a maternity leave absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers, sales teams, and partners throughout the sales process
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations and customer proposals
• Ensure quotations are accurate, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements
• Understand customer needs and help identify suitable lighting solutions
• Provide guidance on lighting products, applications, and basic control solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely customer support
• Contribute to project discussions and support solution recommendations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Support pricing requests, commercial evaluations, and sales opportunities
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, documentation, and proposals
• Help improve quotation processes, collaboration, and the overall customer experience
• Stay informed about market trends, customer requirements, and product developments

What You'll Bring

• Experience from the lighting industry, electrical industry, building technology, or a related business environment
• Experience in quotation management, sales support, customer service, or project coordination
• Understanding of lighting products, applications, and solutions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions and proposals
• Structured and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines
• Commercial and customer-focused mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering value and building long-term customer relationships
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Swedish and English , with the ability to effectively support customers and stakeholders in both languages
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or quotation management systems is considered a plus
