Harmon is hiring a Quality Technician I to help ensure our products meet high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is a great fit for someone with manufacturing quality experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and partnering with production teams.
What You'll Do
- Perform inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Audit materials, processes, and finished products for compliance with quality standards.
- Use testing and measurement equipment to verify product quality.
- Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions and root cause analysis.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Partner with production teams to prevent defects and improve processes.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, inspection, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with production teams
- Basic computer skills and experience maintaining records
Preferred Skills
- Experience using inspection and testing equipment
- Curtain wall industry experience
- Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes
- Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement practices
