What you’ll do:
- Evaluate sales interactions to ensure adherence to our sales consultation process and company policies.
- Provide detailed feedback to sales leadership on interactions, focusing on areas for improvement and best practices.
- Identify and communicate compliance issues related to important company policies.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for leaders to enhance the performance of their teams.
- Monitor agent and team behavior trends, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Identify, document, and raise agent behavior escalations to leadership.
- Stay current with all sales processes, systems, products, policies and general knowledge by attending all provided training, reviewing all agent resources and materials.
- Act with the highest integrity on behalf of the company to ensure all processes are adhered to
Required Experience and Skills:
- A clear understanding of what vital behaviors drive sales performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating a high level of diplomacy.
- High degree of organization, detail-oriented and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and deliver feedback effectively.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt rapidly to change.
