▪    Highlight the main responsibilities 

1.Manage Quality physical Indicators on the plant.
2.Develop and coordinate the Quality Improvement plan.
3.Manage Quality network in the company, including:
1）Product development.
●    Set and Monitor the Quality Roadmap for the project to reach the Quality (Customer and SPHEROS) and cost targets. Define the quality cost, and follow up the customer milestones.
●    Risk chaser, avoid taking unnecessary risks for the development process (design, process, Quality costs, timing)
●    Focus on Design & Change, ensure that novelty on product and process are taken into account in DFMEA, PFMEA.
2）Production localization.
●    Participate in Design Reviews, including suppliers, method, process and tool makers design review.
●    Update the quality documents following a product / process related change.
●    Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue.
●    Participate in improvement activities. 
3）Quality in production assurance and warehousing.
●    Support Production / Warehouse in the analysis of quality issues assigned in the Operation activities.
●    Along the plant operation quality meetings ensure that rules are respected and open items are being tracked.
●    Update the quality tracking charts : Customer Returns - Cost of Non Quality.
4）Quality in transportation and installation.
●    Support Transportation / Installation in the analysis of quality issues.
●    Train to installation staff for quality logic thinking and quick response.
5）Customer quality complaints.
●    Detection and drive action plan to reach Customer Quality expectation until complaints close. 
●    Coordinate cooperation between the plant and Customer.
6）Laboratory and calibration related work.
●    Plan, direct, organise and control the Quality Laboratory and Warranty analysis
●    Help develop, modify, validate, implement, and maintain Quality Laboratory operating testing procedures.
●    Ensure proper operation, maintenance and calibration of lab test equipment.
●    Ensure safety procedures are always followed in the lab.
●    Coordinate long term lab development to maximise autonomous capabilities and meet future certification program requirements.
4.Manage Quality Work instructions, training, reporting.
5.Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit)
6.For modifications, ensure the respect of the plant standard and procedure.
7.Lead warranty treatment activity (Detection, Communication, negotiation, warranty invoice validation)
