As a Quality Management System Specialist, you will administer, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, customer-specific requirements, and organizational goals.

You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Responsibilities

• You will coordinate the annual internal audit program for the Quality Management System.
• Conduct and follow up on process and system audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standard requirements.
• Manage the nonconformity process, verifying the implementation, follow-up, and effectiveness of corrective actions resulting from internal, external, and customer audits.
• Assess business risks and opportunities, promoting a preventive approach and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and track mitigation plans, preventive actions, and activities related to business continuity.
• You will manage and communicate customer-specific requirements, ensuring their proper implementation within organizational processes.
• Monitor performance indicators and customer scorecards, coordinating actions to and improve results.
• Administer documented information within the Quality Management System, ensuring control, updates, and availability of procedures, policies, and work instructions.
• You will ensure compliance with document control requirements following applicable standards and provide support to users in document management activities.
• Report main Quality Management System indicators, identifying trends and improvement opportunities to strengthen organizational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience managing and maintaining Quality Management Systems under ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience conducting internal audits, following up on corrective actions, and supporting customer and certification body audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001; IATF 16949 knowledge is desirable.
• Experience with document management, document control, performance indicator analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Corrective Actions) and risk and opportunity management.
• Experience managing and tracking performance indicators and customer requirements.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
• Knowledge of Core Tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
