Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. This includes overseeing the testing process from start to finish, managing key performance indicators, and ensuring effective resolution of defects to uphold the integrity and reliability of the applications being developed.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
