Are you a PTA, PKA, CTA or have a comparable vocational qualification and would like to develop your career in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance?

Join our Quality Assurance team in Rheinfelden and support our Qualified Persons (QPs) in the certification and release of clinical trial materials for patients worldwide.

A university degree is not required for this position.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will ensure that all required quality documentation is complete, compliant and available for timely batch certification and release.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing documentation for QP certification and batch release
• Coordinating and tracking quality documents with customers, project managers and internal teams
• Preparing Certificates of Release, Confirmations of Import and QP Declarations
• Verifying country-specific clinical trial approvals
• Maintaining QP tracking tools and compliant documentation records
• Supporting SOPs and other quality documents
• Supporting audits, inspections, investigations and CAPA activities
• Contributing to continuous improvement of our QA processes

Keys to Success

Education:

• Completed vocational training as PTA, PKA, CTA, Pharmaceutical Assistant or a comparable qualification
• No university degree required
  

Experience & Skills

• Experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Quality Control or another GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
• Good understanding of GMP/GDP requirements
• Structured and detail-oriented way of working
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent German and good English
• Good Microsoft Office skills; SharePoint, TrackWise or eDMS experience is beneficial
