Als Quality Assurance Specialist, idealerweise am Standort Stade ansässig, übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätskultur, der Unterstützung unserer Produktionsprozesse sowie bei der Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen an beiden Standorten.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Produktion, Qualitätskontrolle, Engineering und Standortleitung tragen Sie dazu bei, Compliance sicherzustellen, operative Exzellenz zu fördern und strategische Qualitätsinitiativen erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Sie werden Teil eines engagierten und kollegialen Qualitätsteams mit 5 Mitarbeitenden, in dem Teamarbeit, Wissensaustausch und kontinuierliche Verbesserung eine zentrale Rolle spielen.
Unser Quality-Team arbeitet eng mit den operativen Bereichen zusammen, um höchste Standards in Bezug auf Produktqualität, Compliance und Kundenzufriedenheit für pharmazeutische, Lebensmittel- und Industrieanwendungen sicherzustellen.
Das Team spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Aufrechterhaltung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems und fördert gleichzeitig die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäfts.
Mit Ihrer Erfahrung und Ihren Talenten machen Sie den Unterschied, indem Sie:
- Qualitätsexzellenz und kontinuierliche Verbesserung vorantreiben: Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems, Förderung der GMP-Kultur und Unterstützung von Qualitätsoptimierungsprojekten an beiden Standorten.
- Analysen und Verbesserungsprojekte leiten: Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Unterstützung von Qualifizierungs-/Validierungsaktivitäten und bereichsübergreifenden Verbesserungs- und Harmonisierungsinitiativen.
- Die Produktion unterstützen: Operative QA-Unterstützung sowie Mitwirkung bei Abweichungen, Reklamationen, CAPAs, Change Control, Ursachenanalysen und Chargenfreigabeaktivitäten.
- Compliance und Qualitätskultur fördern: Teilnahme an Audits, Durchführung von GMP-Schulungen und Ansprechpartner für die operativen Bereiche.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Pharmazie, Chemie, Mikrobiologie, Biotechnologie, Lebensmittelwissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
Berufserfahrung
- 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Quality Assurance oder einer vergleichbaren Qualitätsfunktion in der Pharma-, Hilfsstoff- oder Lebensmittelindustrie.
Fachliche Kenntnisse
- Qualitätsmanagementsysteme (QMS)
- EXCiPACT GMP / IPEC-PQG GMP
- FSSC 22000 und HACCP
- CAPA-, Change-Control- und Audit-Management
- Qualifizierung und Validierung
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Sprachen
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem oder vergleichbarem Niveau in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld

The Role & the Team
Join Roquette and help shape the future of Quality across our food additive and pharmaceutical excipient manufacturing sites in Stade and Bomlitz!
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, ideally based in Stade, you will play a key role in strengthening our Quality culture, supporting manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement across both sites.
Working closely with Production, Quality Control, Engineering and Site Leadership teams, you will contribute to ensuring compliance, operational excellence and the successful deployment of strategic Quality initiatives.
Our Team
You will join a close-knit and collaborative team of 5 Quality professionals, where teamwork, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are key drivers of success.
Our Quality team works hand in hand with Operations to ensure the highest standards of product quality, compliance and customer satisfaction across pharmaceutical, food and industrial applications.
They play a critical role in maintaining a robust Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth.
Your Experience and Talents Will Make the Difference to:
- Drive Quality Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities & strengthen the QMS (Quality Management System), promote GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) culture and support quality transformation initiatives across both sites.
- Lead Assessments & Improvement Projects: Manage risk assessments and support qualification and validation activities while contributing to cross-functional improvement and harmonization projects.
- Support Manufacturing Operations: Provide operational QA support and contribute to deviations, complaints, CAPA, Change Controls, root-cause analyses and batch release activities as needed.
- Promote Compliance & Quality Culture: Participate in audits, deliver GMP training and act as a trusted quality partner to Operations.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Engineering or related discipline.
Experience: 3–5 years in Quality Assurance or a related quality discipline within pharmaceutical, excipient or food industries.
Technical Skills: QMS, EXCiPACT/IPEC-PQG GMP, FSSC 22000, HACCP, CAPA, Change Control, audits, validation and qualification. SAP knowledge is a plus.
Languages:
- German native speaker or equivalent level is required (written and spoken).
- Operational English is required to collaborate effectively within our international organization.
