Job title: Quality Assurance Engineer

The role:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:
Work to create a positive culture where conformance to the internal QMS is sustained.
Manage the Internal Audit schedule and assign Internal Audits and Corrective Actions.
Ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented and conformance sustained.
Carry out internal audits against ISO9001, and where required IATF16949 or ISO17025
Implement and assist areas with the use of Quality tools like 5Whys and root cause analysis.
Champion conformance to Standard work, Process instruction and Quality Procedures.
Ensure Quality Improvements are documented within the relevant procedures/work instructions.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Must have working experience with ISO9001 systems and as a Quality Technician or Engineer.
ISO 9001 Quality Auditor training.
A technical qualification (likely to be Institute of Quality IQA, or 6 sigma green belt level)
Experience of working in a production environment, preferably from a high-tech manufacturing environment
