Job Description:

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance Department by maintaining quality records, controlling documents, processing reports, audits and ensuring compliance with the company quality management system and applicable regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize quality records to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Control, distribute, and archive quality management system documents, including procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation, gathering records, and tracking corrective actions.
• Enter, verify, and maintain quality data in company databases and reporting systems.
• Generate and distribute quality reports, metrics, and performance indicators to management as required.
• Support investigations related to nonconformances, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Review quality documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to approval and filing.
• Coordinate document revisions and ensure current versions are available to applicable departments.
• Assist with supplier quality documentation, certifications, and record retention activities.
• Monitor training records and maintain documentation to support quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support customer and regulatory audits by providing requested quality records and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of quality records and controlled documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve documentation and quality-related issues.
• Perform other quality assurance administrative duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma.
• Preferable College degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
