RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Reklamationsabwicklung

• Mitwirkung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP)

• Erstellung und Pflege von Produkt- und Prozessanforderungen

• Durchführung von Produkt- und Prozessabnahmen sowie Erstbemusterung

• Festlegung geeigneter Mess - und Prüfmethoden sowie Definition des erforderlichen Prüfungsumfangs

• Erstellung von Prüfplänen, SPC Auswertungen und Messprogrammen für Koordinatenmessgeräte

• Analyse von Messergebnissen mit gängigen Messtechnik-Tools, (z.B. Zeiss Inspect oder GOM)

• Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards
