Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Role Scope

• Execute qualification programs: test plans run, data collected, and results documented across compute and rack hardware.

• Own the test benches: builds, cabling, instrumentation, and the discipline that keeps results valid.

• Log and triage failures: symptoms captured cleanly, reproduced reliably, and escalated with evidence.

• Maintain the lab: inventory, calibration, and environments ready before the hardware arrives.

What We're Looking For

• You've done hardware test, validation, or lab engineering hands-on.

• You follow test plans exactly and flag when the plan is wrong.

• Your failure logs let someone else reproduce the issue.

• You handle server-class hardware safely and correctly.

• You keep a lab organized under heavy throughput.

• Bonus: Linux command-line fluency. Scripting basics. Electrical test equipment. Data center hardware exposure.
