En Prysmian estamos buscando un@ Profesional de Compras con base en Bogotá, Colombia quien estará encargado de Garantizar el abastecimiento continuo de materias primas, suministros y/o servicios de acuerdo con las necesidades de la compañía, mediante la gestión de acuerdos, análisis de mercado, revisión de consumos y consolidación y desarrollo de proveedores nacionales y extranjeros bajo la gestión de ordenes de compras.

Principales responsabilidades

• Garantizar el suministro confiable y oportuno de bienes y servicios, mediante la gestión de requerimientos.
• Realizar medición y análisis de indicadores de gestión asignados.
• Realizar análisis de compras.
• Cumplir con las actividades de cierre en las fechas oportunas.
• Garantizar la calidad y exactitud de la información suministrada en el sistema.
• Garantizar que los proveedores cumplan con la entrega de lo requerido y facturas.
• Realizar seguimiento de las compras tramitadas.

¿A quién buscamos?

• Profesional en Administración de Empresas, ingeniería industrial, ciencias económicas, negocios internacionales o afines.
• Al menos 2 años en cargos relacionados.
• Deseables conocimientos en Incoterms, SAP, Excel avanzado e Inglés nivel B2 para lectura e interpretación de documentación técnica.

Overview and key responsibilities

At Prysmian, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist based in Bogotá, Colombia, who will be responsible for ensuring the continuous supply of raw materials, supplies, and/or services in accordance with the company’s needs by managing agreements, conducting market analysis, reviewing consumption, and consolidating and developing local and international suppliers through the management of purchase orders.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure a reliable and timely supply of goods and services by managing procurement requests.
• Measure and analyze assigned performance indicators.
• Conduct procurement analysis.
• Complete closing activities by the appropriate deadlines.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of the information entered the system.
• Ensure that suppliers fulfill delivery requirements and submit invoices.
• Track processed purchases.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in related positions.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, SAP, and advanced Excel is preferred and B2-level English proficiency for reading and interpreting technical documentation.
