Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and assist in comparing prices, specifications, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to clarify specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports, purchasing summaries, and other related documentation as required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and record-keeping purposes.
• Perform other procurement and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and record-keeping skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
