Job Summary 

The Provisioning Specialist will help manage requests related to Filevine’s existing customer base.  Some of the core responsibilities will include: assisting in provisioning new customer platforms, assisting in partner implementation requests, managing technical partner provisioning, auditing customer usage data and data cleanup.   Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations, you will assist in ensuring smooth operations and transition from sales into implementation.   This role offers an exciting opportunity for learning and development at a fast-paced and successful company! 

Responsibilities 

• Manage end-to-end product provisioning for our technical partners and new and existing customers, ensuring accurate and timely access to products and services

• Manage our free trial initiative and ensure all participants are provisioning in a timely manner 

• Work closely with product and sales on new initiatives (Depos for All and Paid Pilot) to ensure clear communication and proper documentation for processes completed by the provisioning team 

• Act as the primary liaison for implementation partner requests

• Maintain detailed documentation and tracking of provisioning activities and processes 

• Help maintain a clean customer database and assist with data auditing and clean up.  

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to shifting priorities

• Proficiency in microsoft suite especially Excel

• Candidates with experience in Salesforce preferred

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years corporate experience
