JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a Proposal Writer to support Levio's growth. Levio is looking for someone to support our end-to-end proposal process for Government of Quebec bids, which includes managing our bid development and preparing materials for submission to various departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES :

Conduct active monitoring of public tenders on the SEAO and other specialized procurement platforms.

Track business opportunities and participate in the preparation of proposals, including opening project files, planning activities, and preparing response templates.

Review addenda, updates, and tender results, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

Coordinate proposal production activities with the various stakeholders involved.

Compile, review, and format the documents required for submissions.Ensure the administrative compliance of proposal files and all required documentation.

Handle the printing, assembly, and preparation of proposals when a physical submission is required.

Maintain and update various management tools and systems, including templates, response libraries, the proposals calendar, and the Salesforce CRM system.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Relevant experience in preparing service proposals or tender submissions, ideally within the information technology sector.
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality.
- Ability to demonstrate discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Occasional availability outside regular business hours to meet submission deadlines.
- Bilingualism (English and French).
- Experience in the consulting services industry (an asset).
