L’opportunité

Le/La Responsable des Projets & Services sera chargé(e) de piloter les activités d’exécution de projets et d’appels d’offres pour les projets Haute Tension (HT) et Moyenne Tension (MT) en France. Ce poste a pour objectif d’assurer la réussite des projets clients tout en développant et encadrant les équipes locales d’exploitation et de chiffrage.

Le candidat retenu supervisera l’exécution des projets depuis leur transfert commercial jusqu’à leur clôture, en garantissant le respect des engagements contractuels, des standards qualité, des exigences HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement), des objectifs financiers et des délais de livraison.

Parallèlement, il/elle contribuera à la croissance commerciale en pilotant les activités d’offres et en participant au développement de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires.

Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans le développement du Bureau Projets & Services en France, avec pour ambition à moyen terme de soutenir son évolution vers une Business Unit autonome au sein de la région Europe.

Votre impact

Leadership en exécution de projets

• Diriger l’exécution des projets.
• Garantir la réalisation des projets conformément aux exigences contractuelles, aux procédures de l’entreprise, aux standards qualité et aux réglementations HSE.
• Assurer le suivi de l’avancement des projets, de l’utilisation des ressources, des plannings, des coûts, de la trésorerie, de la facturation, des risques et des opportunités.
• Gérer les modifications contractuelles, les réclamations et les escalades clients.
• Piloter les revues de projet, les analyses de risques et les plans d’actions associés.
• Veiller à la réception finale des projets par les clients, à leur clôture administrative et au partage des retours d’expérience.

Management des appels d'offres

• Piloter et soutenir les activités d’appels d’offres liées aux nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
• Coordonner l’élaboration des propositions techniques et commerciales.
• Participer aux négociations contractuelles, aux revues de risques et à la définition des stratégies d’offre.
• Veiller à la soumission d’offres compétitives, techniquement robustes et rentables.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Ventes, Développement Commercial et Ingénierie afin de transformer les opportunités en projets réalisés.

Management d’équipe

Le candidat retenu encadrera dans un premier temps une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée notamment de :

• Responsables d’offres (Tender Engineers)
• Chefs de projet
• Responsables techniques (Lead Engineers)

L’équipe est appelée à se développer en fonction de la croissance de l’activité.

Le/La Responsable du Bureau Projets & Services assurera le management, l’accompagnement et le développement de ces équipes, tout en instaurant une culture de performance orientée vers l’excellence opérationnelle et la satisfaction client.

Gestion des clients et des parties prenantes

• Être l’interlocuteur opérationnel principal des clients.
• Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients et les parties prenantes internes.
• Collaborer étroitement avec:

  • Les équipes Services & Systems
  • Les équipes régionales et mondiales de Business Development

Marchés adressés

Le poste contribuera au développement et à l’exécution de projets pour des clients raccordés au réseau Haute Tension, dans les domaines suivants :

• Postes électriques Haute Tension
• Conformité aux exigences des gestionnaires de réseau de transport (TSO)
• Solutions de qualité de l’énergie (Power Quality)
• Projets d’électrification industrielle et d’infrastructures énergétiques
• Énergies renouvelables, notamment l’éolien offshore AC
• Data Centers
• E-mobilité

Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la réalisation des projets en cours ainsi que des futurs projets dans ces segments de marché.

Votre profil

Diplôme d’ingénieur (Master ou équivalent), de préférence dans l’un des domaines suivants : électrique, électromécanique, mécanique, systèmes électriques et énergétiques

• Expérience significative en gestion de projets et en gestion d’appels d’offres.
• Expérience avérée dans la conduite de projets complexes dans les secteurs de l’énergie, des réseaux électriques, des infrastructures industrielles ou de l’électrification.
• Expérience en management d’équipes pluridisciplinaires.
• Solides compétences en relation client et gestion des parties prenantes.
• Bonne connaissance des technologies liées aux réseaux électriques.
• Expérience dans la gestion des risques projets, des aspects commerciaux, des budgets, des plannings et des obligations contractuelles.

The opportunity

The Project & Service Office Manager will lead project execution and tendering activities for High Voltage and Medium Voltage projects in France. The role is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of customer projects while developing and managing the local operations and tendering teams.

The successful candidate will oversee project execution from handover through completion, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial objectives, and delivery schedules. In parallel, the role will support commercial growth by managing tendering activities and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.

This position plays a key role in the growth of the French Project & Service Office, with the mid-term ambition of supporting its evolution into a standalone Operating Unit in the European Region.

How you’ll make an impact

Project Execution Leadership

• Lead the execution of projects
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, company policies, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Monitor project progress, resource utilization, schedules, costs, cash flow, invoicing, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage project changes, claims, and customer escalations.
• Drive project reviews, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure customer acceptance, project close-out, and lessons learned activities.

Tendering Management

• Lead and support tendering activities for new business opportunities.
• Coordinate technical and commercial proposal preparation.
• Support contract negotiations, risk review, and bid strategy development.
• Ensure competitive, technically sound, and profitable proposals are submitted.
• Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Engineering teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.

Team Leadership

The successful candidate will initially manage a multidisciplinary team including tender engineers, project managers and lead engineers.

The team is expected to grow as business activity increases.

The Project & Service Office Manager will provide leadership, coaching, and development to these teams while building a strong performance culture focused on execution excellence and customer satisfaction.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing both ongoing and future projects within these market segments.

Your background

• Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering
• Valuable experience in project management and tendering
• Proven track record managing complex projects within the energy, power systems, industrial, infrastructure, or electrification sectors.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with power systems technologies.
• Experience managing project risks, commercial aspects, budgets, schedules, and contractual obligations.
