Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
This role is distinctly a business-side project management role, not a technology or IT delivery role. The position is responsible for driving business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of outcomes that directly support SC strategic objectives and goals.
What Will You Do?
- The Project Manager controls planning and execution of the Projects activities and resources to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are met.
- The Project Manager works with moderate supervision and is responsible for applying Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to Project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
- The Project Manager operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology with flexibility to merge different methodologies in accomplishing collective goals.
- Manages team development, actively mentors members of the PM community.
- Works closely with the Strategy, Planning, and Execution (SP&E) team and Small Commercial teams to outline strategic opportunities and partner on related project/communication plans.
- Drives initiative shaping and roadmap development for assigned project/programs to ensure the work to achieve the business outcomes is effectively grouped and sequenced, and timing, sizing, relationships and dependencies are understood.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing others and/or project teams.
What is a Must Have?
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of project management experience.
