About this role:

The Global Sales Incentives team is responsible for designing, running, and continuously improving the incentive programs that drive commercial performance across our markets. As a Sales Incentives Analyst, you will sit at the heart of our day-to-day operations, owning the data, the reporting, and the tooling that keeps our incentive programs running accurately and on time.

This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in clean data, reliable processes, and well-maintained systems. You bring analytical rigour and a sharp eye for detail, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Data ownership and reporting: Own sales compensation data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence across all data sources and systems. Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports that give leadership and key stakeholders clear, actionable insights into incentive plan performance.
• Incentive plan administration: Support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of sales incentive compensation plans. Work alongside business leaders, Finance, and HR to ensure plans are configured correctly, run on time, and deliver the right outcomes.
• Tooling and systems: Administer and continuously improve the incentive compensation management platform and related processes. Contribute to new plan launches, system updates, and process enhancements as the team's global framework evolves.
• Analytics and insights: Develop data-driven analyses that surface trends, flag anomalies, and support decisions. Translate raw compensation data into clear findings that stakeholders can act on.
• Process and documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of compensation processes, plan rules, and exception-handling procedures. Support the rollout of new programs through clear stakeholder communications and training where needed.

What will you bring to the table?

• Data to Impact: You are comfortable working with data every day, validating, reconciling, cleaning, and analysing. You know your way around Google Sheets and Excel, and you can turn a messy data set into something reliable and useful.
• Systems fluency: You pick up new tools quickly and work confidently in systems-heavy environments. Experience with incentive compensation management (ICM) platforms is a strong differentiator; experience in a sales operations or sales administration role with hands-on systems exposure is equally welcome.
• Analytical mindset: You enjoy digging into data, spotting patterns, and building reports that drive decisions. You bring rigour and accuracy to everything you produce.
• Curiosity: You don't wait for problems to be handed to you. You spot improvement opportunities proactively and bring new ideas for better ways of working.
• AI native: You are comfortable integrating AI tools into your daily workflow, from drafting and analysis to process discovery and documentation. You do not need to be technical, just genuinely curious and willing to experiment.
• Attention to detail: An eye for detail and process nuances. You spot the hidden impacts, edge cases, and potential disruptions on existing ways of working before they become real-world issues.
• Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift. You stay accurate and reliable even when the ground moves.
