We are looking for a Project Manager Operations based in Mikulov, Czechia (full on-site).
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Lead strategic Operations projects from initiation to successful implementation.
- Establish and continuously improve the project management framework across Operations.
- Develop project charters, governance, schedules, milestones and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Drive execution, monitor progress, manage risks and remove project roadblocks.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and resource utilization.
- Develop executive project reporting and provide regular updates to Business Unit leadership.
- Partner with the local Management Team to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives.
- Ensure accountability for project deliverables and business results.
- Promote structured problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Implement and maintain modern project management tools.
- Develop project follow up structure and reporting structure including standard tools and KPIs.
- Escalate critical risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Observance of environmental rules, implementing environmental program in their activities and the prevention of emergency situations and potential threats to the environment.
- Creating the conditions for compliance environmental behaviour of employees and review safety rules and fire protection for its section.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in both Czech and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a technical and international business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Copeland in Mikulov has development, production and testing laboratory under one roof. It allows for a varied job experience, emphasizes a friendly atmosphere in the team, belonging and mutual trust.
