Our team is responsible for implementing new banking products for Banks and Credit Unions. We are looking for a highly talented project manager who can effectively manage several complex projects at once.
This individual will need to maintain an understanding of project management best practices. Key skills and areas of focus include organization/time management, customer service, teamwork, complex project management, effective communication (proficient in English, both written and oral) and familiarity with banking environments.
Project Managers are responsible for using tools to build mobile apps, organizing projects around vendor offerings, ensuring that project teams stay organized and engaged, and overseeing project implementations within a larger program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain Eastern Standard Time US-based work schedule, typically 8am to 5pm
Work with financial institutions to implement new banking products
Represent Candescent on client calls, e-mail communications, and other internal or external meetings.
Employees are allowed to work remotely but must provide their own internet and a professional environment for video calls with U.S. based clients
Track projects effectively; keep customers on track using detailed project plans
Work with multiple internal and external teams to get products installed and resolve issues
Manage several complex projects simultaneously with multiple customers
Deliver high level of customer service as measured by satisfaction surveys
Understand internal influences in the organization
Understand what's important to the project and its stakeholders
Ensure successful communication among team members
Create and maintain standard operating procedure documentation
Ensure project deadlines are met and keep project managements systems up to date
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of experience in Project Management or a 3 year degree
General understanding of software as a service systems
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Powerpoint, Smartsheets, Excel, Word, OneNote)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (proficient in English, both written and oral) with 7 years of general experience in IT
Experience managing complex tasks
Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Ability to recognize high-level opportunities for improvement and change
Working knowledge of personal computers, with the ability to organize information using tools including, but not limited to: task management, spreadsheets, word processing, or other business applications software
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow up and tracking skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate across teams (product, engineering, QA, etc.) to drive projects forward
Works effectively as part of team, while often working independently and with little direct supervision to accomplish goals and achieve results
