About the Role

If you're a brand marketing & creative project manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to balance artistic ambition with operational excellence, this is the role for you. As the Integrated Project Manager, Brand Marketing & Creative at Suno, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the Brand & Creative team - owning end-to-end project management across two connected pillars: brand marketing campaigns and creative studio production. You'll be the connective tissue between ideas and execution, making sure every campaign and every asset - from copy to motion to video to print - gets made on time, to spec, and without anything falling through the cracks. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager & Operations Lead, you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners alike, and play a direct role in helping a world-class creative team do its best work.

What You'll Do

Creative Studio Production Management

• Own creative intake and trafficking for the creative studio - managing the full pipeline of deliverables (copy, design, motion, video, print) from brief to final delivery supporting all cross-functional teams and needs

• Drive project management end-to-end across all creative studio asset types, building production timelines and tracking progress to keep the team's output on schedule and on spec

• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers supporting creative studio production - managing relationships, scopes, and deliverables to keep external work running smoothly

Brand Marketing Campaign Management

• Own end-to-end project management of brand marketing campaigns spanning tentpole brand moments, social and editorial/content initiatives - working closely with stakeholders across creative, music, press, influencer, product etc - from initial brief through launch and wrap-up

• Build and maintain campaign timelines and workstreams, tracking milestones across teams and proactively surfacing blockers before they become problems

• Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign intake, coordinating prioritization and workflow across cross-functional partners including creative, music, editorial, social, product and more

Cross-Team Operations

• Own stakeholder communication across the org - keeping teams informed, aligned, and unblocked with clear, timely updates on both brand campaign and creative studio status

• Partner directly with the Sr. PM & Operations Lead to support day-to-day operations of the Brand & Creative team, helping build a team where creative ambition and operational rigor reinforce each other

• Contribute to Suno's mission of making the world more musical and supporting the creative infrastructure that helps the world's most advanced music platform tell its story

What You'll Need

Must-Haves

• 3-5 years of experience in creative and/or campaign project management, either in-house at a creative or brand team or at a creative/marketing agency

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - both marketing campaigns and creative production - across diverse asset types (copy, design, motion, video, print) without losing detail or momentum

• Fluency in Notion or a comparable project management tool (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)

• Exceptional communication skills - you write clearly, follow up consistently, and know how to move a room without stepping on toes

• Obsessively organized and detail-oriented - you find satisfaction in structure and nothing slips past you

• Experience coordinating with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies

• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's changing creative work

Compensation

• $120,000 - $150,000 base salary (before equity)
