589963 Project Manager – Bothell, WA

As a Project Manager, you will lead and execute multi-discipline projects, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk while aligning project outcomes with Philips business objectives.

Your role:

• Initiate, plan, and execute multi-discipline projects in accordance with agreed specifications, timelines, budgets, staffing requirements, and quality standards, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage and balance project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle while monitoring and optimizing the business case to maximize organizational value and impact.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and customer feedback, proactively address issues, and provide detailed project progress, risk, and escalation reporting to senior management and steering committees.
• Apply and reinforce Philips project management standards and methodologies, including the Philips Business System (PBS), Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF), PMBOK, and SAFe, ensuring projects are executed in accordance with organizational expectations and industry best practices.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in project management, business strategy, or a related area with a Bachelor’s degree; no prior professional experience is required with a relevant Master’s degree. Your experience includes supporting or managing projects involving scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and multiple stakeholders.
• Your skills include project planning and execution, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, budget and resource management, cross-functional team collaboration, business case optimization, and project reporting. You have knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, including PMBOK and SAFe, and the ability to apply established project management standards in a business environment.
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or an equivalent field.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You’re an effective communicator and collaborative project leader with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. You’re comfortable guiding diverse, multi-discipline teams, working with limited supervision, managing competing priorities, proactively escalating risks and issues, and communicating project status and recommendations to senior leaders and steering committees.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in WA is $105,000 to $168,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here. 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA.
