À propos de ce poste Project Manager chez Evio

Evio · Télétravail · Remote, United States

Evio Overview

Evio is a highly unique pharmacy solutions company that was founded by and works closely with health plans to implement transformative (to cost, quality, access and experience) initiatives primarily focused on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions.

In 2020, a group of five amazing Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans that in total serve more than 20 million members recognized that the way medications get to patients needs significant reform—rapidly rising costs and massive system complexities are detrimental to patients and the entire industry. In 2025, Wellmark joined as Evio's first non-founding investor and sixth owner health plan. Each company made, and continues to make, significant investments to establish Evio as an independent entity to lead this transformation.

Evio has advanced analytics and contracting capabilities at scale, and a suite of digital tools, to power our high-cost medication solutions. Our solutions act as a self-reinforcing “flywheel” where each element strengthens and feeds into the next, and support an “Only Evio can do that,” mindset and prioritization.

Evio is also a company that has invested heavily in and been highly intentional about people, team and culture. We believe we have created a very special place to work and encourage candidates to observe and ask us about our culture and decide for themselves.

Evio's Values

  • Empathy – The people our business serves always come first. We care for our teammates and put ourselves in the shoes of our health plan customers and the patients and clinicians our solutions benefit.
  • Diversity – We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone belongs and is valued for their background, experience and insights – one that encourages diversity of ideas, and is a nurturing, trusting, and accepting place for all.
  • Adventure – We are flexible, thrive in ambiguity, fail fast, and pivot quickly to get to a better answer. We celebrate wins and pivots with equal intensity.
  • Relentless – Guided by evidence and data, we are creative, curious, and unwavering in our pursuit of challenging the status quo and each other.
  • Transparency – Just as we seek to bring transparency to the pharmacy supply chain, authenticity and integrity are core to the way we communicate.
  • Excellence – We strive to raise the bar in all we do by hiring and developing exceptional talent and holding ourselves and our thinking to the highest standard.

Project Manager

About the role:

Evio and the six health plans we represent are uniquely positioned in the market and have demonstrated success in creating innovative partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. As the regulatory environment for health plans, PBMs/GPOs, and manufacturers rapidly evolves over the next several years, Evio is expanding our direct manufacturer contracting capabilities and growing the team supporting this work.

The Project Manager role will drive execution across the Medication Contracting portfolio and major strategic initiatives. You’ll translate priorities into integrated project plans, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, maintain visibility into milestones, risks, decisions, and commitments, and help move contracting opportunities from strategy and negotiation through health-plan adoption and implementation.

An ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized problem solver who is comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving environment, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and driving work forward independently. Over time, this role is expected to grow into broader ownership of complex programs, portfolio governance, and operating model improvements.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will partner closely with the Medication Contracting Chief of Staff, contracting team, health-plan partners, and cross-functional Evio teams to:

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans for priority Medication Contracting initiatives, including milestones, accountable owners, dependencies, decision points, risks, and target completion dates.
  • Own and continuously improve Medication Contracting portfolio-management processes and support improvements to CRM capabilities, including workflows, opportunity stages, automation, reporting, templates, governance standards, and team practices, in partnership with the Chief of Staff and other system and process owners. Coordinate regular portfolio updates from negotiators and functional owners, identify gaps or emerging risks, and ensure actions and decisions are documented and completed.
  • Partner with Clinical Strategy Leads to connect individual health-plan priorities to the broader Medication Contracting strategy and coordinate the activities required to advance priority opportunities
  • Lead weekly Medication Contracting stand-ups, including preparing agendas, aligning the team on priorities, reviewing milestones and dependencies, surfacing risks and decisions requiring escalation, and tracking commitments through completion.
  • Partner with the Medication Contracting Chief of Staff and Business Analyst to maintain operating metrics and reporting related to portfolio health, milestone performance, contracting cycle time, health-plan adoption, implementation readiness, and value realization.
  • Coordinate the development of QBR, board, and other executive-governance materials by managing timelines, gathering and validating inputs, identifying material risks and decisions for leadership attention, and tracking commitments resulting from governance discussions.
  • Support change management for new Medication Contracting capabilities, including stakeholder coordination, process documentation, training, tool adoption, feedback collection, and reinforcement of new ways of working.
  • Lead selected workstreams and process-improvement initiatives independently, with the opportunity to take on more complex programs, portfolio-management activities, and operating-model improvements over time.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs, with strong project-management discipline and the ability to translate strategic priorities into clear workplans, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and decisions
  • Experience designing, configuring, and improving CRM capabilities to support unique business processes, including translating workflow needs into fields, stages, automation, reporting, governance, and user requirements rather than simply administering an out-of-the-box platform.
  • Experience applying AI and automation to business workflows to reduce manual work, improve information capture and decision support, and increase team efficiency; comfortable partnering with technical and business stakeholders to implement and refine solutions
  • Comfort working with data, operating metrics, and reporting to understand portfolio performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business information, data, decisions, and recommendations into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for senior leadership, board, and governance audiences.
  • Experience supporting the implementation of new processes, tools, capabilities, or operating models, including documentation, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption.

Compensation:

Anticipated annual base pay range: $110,000 - $130,000 plus additional variable compensation.

At Evio, we’re committed to building a competitive compensation package to honor the value our teammates bring as well as attract and retain top talent that is aligned with our culture, mission and values. Compensation includes base pay (range shown) and could include other variable compensation opportunities depending on job seniority, location, and date of hire. Evio also offers a number of attractive benefits to eligible teammates including health insurance, retirement savings, life and disability insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and other benefits to make sure Evio teammates and families are well supported.

Please note that the base pay information shown is a general guideline for the job responsibilities and qualifications listed. Salary decisions are based on candidate experience, and market and business considerations.

How we take care of you:

  • Great Health Insurance
The company pays 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for teammates, and 50% for dependents.
  • 401K Match
Evio matches 100% of teammate contribution up to 5% of salary, subject to IRS limits.
  • Time Off
We have a flexible vacation policy for teammates to unplug and recharge when you need it. There is no minimum or maximum amount of vacation allowed per year, and there is no payment in consideration for unused vacation. Vacation is to be used at your discretion, with approval of leadership.
  • Parental Leave
