1.        岗位职责 
1）        负责细胞治疗药学研究项目的全生命周期管理，包括项目计划制定、进度跟踪、风险管控及资源协调，确保项目按时高质量完成； 
2）        跨部门团队紧密合作，尤其与国外合作团队保持顺畅沟通，推动项目关键里程碑达成，并有效解决项目执行中的问题； 
3）        定期向上或跨部门汇报项目进展，为管理层决策提供支持； 
 
2.        任职要求 
1）985、211全日制本科及以上学历或海外知名院校毕业者优先，生物医药相关专业背景； 
2）优秀的英语沟通能力（口语及书面），能熟练与国外团队沟通并撰写英文文件； 
3）1 年以上药学研究项目管理经验，熟悉药物CMC开发相关流程； 
4）对细胞治疗行业有一定的了解，有相关项目经验者更佳； 
5）具备出色的跨部门协调能力、抗压能力及问题解决能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
