Role Description 

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Automation, and Data-Driven initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the central coordination point between clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leadership, ensuring the successful execution of innovative AI solutions from concept through deployment and operationalization. 

You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven solutions and measurable business outcomes while fostering strong client partnerships and high-performing teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams in executing AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, Automation, and technology transformation projects. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, managing expectations and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. 

• Collaborate with clients, project teams, architects, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and success metrics. 

• Develop and maintain project plans, governance artifacts, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and executive-level communications. 

• Drive successful execution of projects by aligning business objectives, technical requirements, and delivery priorities. 

• Support AI lifecycle activities including discovery, data readiness, model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and operationalization. 

• Facilitate architectural discussions and roadmap planning with technical leads, AI specialists, and clients. 

• Drive adoption of delivery best practices, including Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and continuous improvement methodologies. 

• Track and manage project health, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and business outcomes. 

• Ensure AI initiatives comply with governance, Responsible AI, privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. 

• Coordinate collaboration across business, technology, data, architecture, vendor, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes. 

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure seamless project execution. 

• Facilitate smooth transition of AI solutions into production and business-as-usual operations. 

• Monitor and report on business benefits, including productivity improvements, efficiency gains, cost optimization, user adoption, and value realization. 

• Coach teams on delivery excellence, stakeholder communication, and successful project execution. 

Your Profile 

Must Have Requirements 

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Technology Delivery, Digital Transformation, AI, Data, Analytics, Automation, or related initiatives. 

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects from initiation through delivery and operational transition. 

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and AI solution delivery lifecycles. 

• Experience leading multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology functions. 

• Experience working directly with clients in consulting, outsourcing, or enterprise delivery environments. 

• Strong client-facing, consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. 

• Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery oversight. 

• Ability to translate business requirements into structured delivery plans and measurable outcomes. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. 

• Proven problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments. 

• Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements for enterprise AI solutions. 

• Experience working with enterprise-scale technology platforms and system integrations. 

• High-level understanding of modern technology environments, including:  

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) 

• Enterprise AI and machine learning platforms 

• Microservices and distributed architectures 

• CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices 

• Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes 

• Data platforms, analytics, and real-time processing solutions 

Nice to Have 

• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, or automation programs in production environments. 

• Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries. 

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools. 

• AI, Generative AI, or PMI-CPMAI certifications. 

• Experience supporting governance, architecture, security, and compliance reviews for large technology programs. 

• Experience working in consulting, outsourcing, or client-facing delivery environments.
