As a Selling-In Project Specialist, you'll sit within the LEGO® Group's Portfolio & Marketing Development team, helping markets and key accounts access the right product information at the right time. This 12-month role connects portfolio planning with customer-facing execution and supports global selling-in activities across major retail partners.
Play your part in our team succeeding
Our team owns global selling-in deliverables and acts as the link between portfolio planning and how products are presented to customers worldwide. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across PMD, OLA, GCD and M&C while gaining exposure to the full portfolio lifecycle, from early planning milestones through live selling-in activities. Together, we build, rebuild and inspire through continuous process improvement, shared learning, and close collaboration during key planning cycles. Core Responsibilities
Drive and manage the creation of preliminary product assets for selling-in activities in partnership with colleagues across PMD organization and external partners.
Support Customer Input Window cycles and coordinate milestone delivery across multiple teams.
Shape clear communication and alignment across PMD, OLA, GCD and M&C.
Deliver structured project tracking, reporting and planning support for global work streams.
Support customer-focused initiatives, escalations and process improvements that strengthen future cycles.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience handling large datasets using Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
Comfortable coordinating end-to-end processes with firm deadlines and multiple collaborators.
Able to manage several parallel priorities while maintaining clear communication.
Familiarity with portfolio planning, selling-in processes and SKU-level product information.
Nice to Have
Exposure to retail or FMCG customer-facing selling-in environments.
Experience working within a global matrix organization and creating structure in ambiguous situation.
