How will you shape the future of A.P. Moller-Maersk?

As a Project Leader, you will be leading diverse teams on strategic projects across Maersk globally. You will get consistent exposure to senior stakeholders while working to transform and disrupt our business from within. You will also be expected to take an active part in developing both junior and more experienced colleagues within the project teams, while having managerial responsibility for a team of consultants.

We are looking for people with proven leadership experience, a strategic mindset capable of translating complex problems into pragmatic solutions, a strong consulting toolbox, and an ability to co-create solutions. We expect 5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or an equivalent strategic role.
