As a Project Executive, you’ll work at the intersection of project delivery and strategic leadership—guiding teams, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in business development, talent management, and maintaining Dome’s reputation for excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary client representative, building trust and ensuring project success.
- Oversee project teams, providing mentorship, training, and resource allocation.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead client feedback initiatives and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Drive business development efforts, industry networking, and proposal strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of construction management experience, with proven leadership in complex projects.
- 6+ years of direct client engagement for business development and preconstruction services.
- Strong knowledge of local construction industry professionals and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Range
$260,000—$280,000 USD
