Job Description
Overview
To support the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects by coordinating technical, stakeholder, and project management activities. The role will work closely with the Project Management Team to facilitate project execution, monitor project progress, coordinate interfaces, and support effective communication between project stakeholders.
Your role
- Support the Project Management Team in the planning, coordination, and delivery of project activities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project inputs, interfaces, and stakeholder actions to support timely project execution.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews, including preparation of minutes, action logs, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain project registers, records, and documentation in accordance with project procedures and document control requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders on project-related matters.
- Assist in the review and coordination of technical submissions, project deliverables, and progress against agreed milestones.
- Support site inspections, technical meetings, and stakeholder engagements as required.
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project risks, issues, and interface matters.
- Support stakeholder coordination, interface management, and project reporting activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, dashboards, and management updates.
- Undertake other project delivery and coordination duties as assigned by the Project Management Team.
About you
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in infrastructure, transportation, rails, aviation, or major development projects.
- Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects.
- Good understanding of project delivery, coordination, and reporting processes.
- Familiarity with Malaysian authorities, approval processes, and stakeholder engagement would be an advantage.
