Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Costing & Customer Service Manager to support project costing, financial reporting, tender activities and customer service. The role will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate project costing, timely reporting and effective follow-up on customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Project Costing & Reporting

• Prepare project cost estimates, quotations and costing analysis.
• Monitor project costs and track project financial performance against budgets.
• Prepare regular project cost and management reports for review.
• Maintain accurate project costing records and financial documentation.
• Work closely with project and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely project reporting.
• Highlight cost variances and other financial issues to the relevant stakeholders.

Tender & Commercial Support

• Review tender requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to obtain costing and supporting information.
• Maintain tender records and monitor submission deadlines.
• Follow up on quotations and tender submissions where required.

Customer Service & CRM

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up on requests, quotations and project-related matters.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding matters and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional service.
• Track customer feedback, enquiries and follow-up actions.

General Support

• Coordinate with project, operations, finance and other internal teams on project and customer-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for projects and commercial activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project costing, reporting, customer service, tender administration or commercial support will be an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with CRM or project management systems is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
