Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Team Coordinator - Saudi National to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, working hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions arising from meetings.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings, as required.
• Monitor project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Identify and communicate required project changes.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Undertake project-related tasks as required.
• Support the development of project strategies.
• Ensure that projects adhere to established frameworks and that all project documentation is properly maintained.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions, where applicable.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and perspectives to support the best possible solutions.
• Chair and facilitate meetings, where appropriate, and distribute meeting minutes to all project team members.
• Create and maintain a project management calendar to support the achievement of project goals and objectives.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor or Dip in any relevant field.
• 0-3 years of related work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices, company policies, and procedures.
• Working knowledge of database concepts and project management software.
