About this Role:

We are seeking a responsible and committed Project Coordinator to support project controls activities across our engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in project coordination, strong communication skills, and proficiency in visualization tools used for tracking schedules, costs, and progress. This role requires excellent work ethics, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, supporting reporting cycles, monitoring project performance, and ensuring timely follow‑up on action items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project controls activities including schedule tracking, cost monitoring, and progress reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and dashboards using visualization tools.
• Coordinate project meetings, action items, and follow‑ups to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project performance reports.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables, escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and administrative teams to keep project workflows aligned.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of project control processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project coordination or project controls within engineering, construction, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel dashboards, or similar).
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Demonstrated responsibility, commitment, and strong work ethics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field preferred.
