Project Coordinator – Learning & Development (Plymouth, MN)

The Project Coordinator supports the execution of the IGTD Learning & Development strategy through effective coordination of programs, projects, communications, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Working under general supervision of the Director of Learning & Development, this role helps ensure the successful delivery of key development initiatives, including mentoring programs, the local Intern Program, leadership development programs, and other learning & development programs.

Your role:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of IGTD Learning & Development programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective program delivery.
• Coordinate key learning initiatives, including mentoring programs, leadership development programs, the local Intern Program, and other L&D workstreams.
• Manage program logistics such as scheduling, registration, participant communications, surveys, meeting materials, decision tracking, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, records, SharePoint sites, reporting data, action logs, and documentation to support execution, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leaders, HR, universities, vendors, and other external partners while collecting program data, preparing dashboards and leadership updates, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• You have 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program administration, learning operations, or related roles, and you excel as an individual contributor managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• You have strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder partnership, communication and reporting, customer centricity, business acumen, learning agility, and ownership and accountability. Bonus qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Forms, along with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• You have an Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• You are an effective communicator with strong customer service skills, enjoy collaborating with others, are eager to learn new technologies and processes, and can adapt quickly to changing business needs.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together:

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position in Plymouth MN is $33.00 to $52.00

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
