The Opportunity: Project Coordinator - Nuclear Records Management  (Security Clearance Required)

Location: Hinton House, Warrington 

Job Type: 18 Months fixed term contract - Full Time                                                         

Reports to: Project Manager 

Iron Mountain is seeking an organized Project Coordinator - Nuclear Records Management to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team.

In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in supporting a dedicated contract with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority Archives Limited (NDAAL), ensuring project outcomes meet strict regulatory and contractual standards. Working alongside operational teams, PMO leads, and external stakeholders, you will bring structure and clarity to project schedules, budgets, and risk frameworks.

What You’ll Do 

• Project Governance & Frameworks: Support end-to-end project delivery in alignment with PRINCE2 principles and established PMO governance standards.
• Planning & Stakeholder Communication: Monitor daily deliverables, schedule key meetings, distribute agendas, and coordinate cross-functional calendars to keep projects on track.
• Documentation & Strategic Reporting: Maintain real-time project documentation and translate operational data into clear, actionable reporting for PMO leadership.
• Risk Management & RAID Log Ownership: Take full ownership of RAID log updates to proactively track, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Process Optimization: Apply practical insights and lived project experience to continuously enhance project documentation and workflow efficiency.

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience in a project coordination or administration role, preferably within a regulated or high-integrity environment.
• Strong knowledge of PMO governance, project lifecycles, and PRINCE2 principles (PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites, with experience managing project tools and RAID logs.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills with a detail-oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
• Active Security Clearance or full eligibility to undergo Security Clearance vetting.
