Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of Audio Visual projects across our global business.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to Project Managers and Coordinators, helping to maintain project documentation, track progress, and facilitate effective communication between key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their project management expertise within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, trackers, and records.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and actions.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying and escalating potential delays where appropriate.
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Support procurement and logistics activities associated with project delivery.
- Assist with managing budgets, invoice processing, and resource allocation tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project governance standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or a related professional environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exposure to project management tools would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 Foundation, would be advantageous but is not essential.
