1. Establishing and maintenance of project central filing system, site communication, database recording.

2. Facilitation of document transmission from project to client and from client to key personnel of the project whose action is necessary to resolve the concerns as required by the document received.

3. Prepares project reports and correspondences related to the project.

4. Performs bookkeeping and/or purchasing functions for the project team.

5. Maintains confidential files on proprietary documents and company policies for contracts and procurements.

6. Process, monitor and maintain updated files of project team personnel’s attendance, leave records/credits, hazard claims, night compensation, personnel profile, and other HR related documents.

7. Facilitates/process, monitor and maintain updated files of travel document, reimbursement claims, liquidation of expenses and other Accounting related documentations of the Project team.

8. Provide logistics support and coordination for team’s Service vehicle dispatch, travel arrangements, accommodations and wellness.

9. Provide coordination support for team meetings both internally and externally. 10. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with the construction project team.

11. Perform other duties as needed for the project
