Summary:
In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve desired results within defined timelines and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program or project to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong capability in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Ability to utilize project management tools and software for tracking progress and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Competence in monitoring project performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
