About the role
The new Family Impact portfolio is dedicated to strengthening family connection through play and creativity, with a particular focus on families who are under-resourced. You'll lead the design, evolution, and stewardship of family-focused programs, shaping methodology, cultivating partnerships, and ensuring evidence and insight make programs stronger over time. Working closely with the portfolio lead, regional teams, and integration partners, you'll help create meaningful outcomes for families while enabling quality delivery at scale.
Required Qualifications
Delivered family, social impact, or early childhood programs from design through implementation.
Applied human-centred design approaches to develop participant-focused programs, content, tools, or resources.
Built partnerships with technical, implementation, community, or delivery-focused organisations.
Led stakeholder engagement across multiple functions, partners, or regions.
Used impact measurement, evaluation, and learning approaches to strengthen program outcomes.
Managed program development across global and regional environments while supporting local adaptation.
Preferred Qualifications
Developed family engagement initiatives that increased participation and meaningful outcomes.
Produced sustainability, impact, or programme reporting that informed decision-making.
Contributed to social responsibility or community-based initiatives.
Supported fundraising, grant, or nonprofit partnership activities.
What you'll build
Lead the continued development and scaling of flagship family programs across markets and regions.
Strengthen existing partner-led programs through methodology, expertise, content, resources, and platforms.
Develop relationships with implementation, technical, and evaluation partners that support impact and quality at scale.
Partner with regional Social Responsibility teams on activation, adaptation, and delivery.
Work with the Social Impact Integration team to embed evidence and learning into program design.
Support innovative concepts and emerging opportunities alongside the Incubation Manager.
Contribute to the strategy and priorities of the Family Impact Portfolio.
If you've worked in a role where you designed programs, stewarded partnerships, and used evidence to improve outcomes, you'll feel at home here. It will be key to translate ambitious ideas into practical, scalable programmes that create meaningful value for families.
Life on the team
You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on helping children and families thrive, partnering closely across regions, functions, and external organisations. Critical thinking, design thinking, storytelling, business acumen, brand awareness, social engagement, and change agility help us turn learning into action and deliver impact with purpose.
What success looks like
Success means creating programs that reach more families while maintaining depth, quality, and relevance. You'll work closely with regional Social Responsibility teams, implementation partners, evaluation partners, and integration colleagues to shape the future of the portfolio. Together, you'll help strengthen family connection through play while expanding the reach and effectiveness of family-focused programs.
