1.    Identify, initiate, and develop potential collaboration opportunities with universities, institutions, industries, and relevant organizations in China.
2.    Maintain follow up and progress on related collaboration programs, including tracking proposal submissions, reporting deadlines, and partnership work plans related to China region initiatives.
3.    Prepare and provide comprehensive proposal packages, grant reports, and partnership documentation to partners and potential partners in China.
4.    Develop proposal, partnership agreements, and program implementation while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and compliance with institutional standards. 
5.    Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Chinese partners to ensure sustainable and mutually beneficial collaborations.
6.    Conduct partnership mapping and market analysis for China region to support strategic expansion initiatives.
7.    Facilitate communication, meetings, visits, and negotiation processes, including MoU/MoA coordination with Chinese partners.
8.    Maintain and update accurate databases and documentation related to China partnerships, including agreements, contacts, activities, and related records (hard copy and electronic files).
9.    Collaborate with marketing and relevant units to develop promotional materials and marketing communication kits to support China-focused collaboration initiatives.
10.    Evaluate collaboration performance and prepare analytical reports and recommendations to enhance partnership effectiveness and program sustainability.

Management Support Activities :

o    Provide Report to direct Supervisor. 
o    Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). 
o    Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o    Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement :

•    Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)

Work Experience :

•    Minimum 2 years working experience in Senior Staff, or  
•    Minimum 4 years working experience 

Special Skills:
•    Knowledge of China higher education ecosystem
•    Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken)
•    Cross-cultural communication skills
