Purpose of Role.

Key Responsibilities

El principal deber del(a) Profesor(a) de Asignatura es asegurar que estos aprendizajes ocurran de manera permanente y con todos los estudiantes más allá de su área de conocimiento, sino que también acompañándolos en el desarrollo de distintas habilidades sociales.

Tener flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a las diversas demandas de un colegio de excelencia. 4. Ser capaz de establecer y liderar un grupo de estudiantes con características diversas, acompañándolos en su proceso de formación académica y formativa, teniendo como objetivo principal el desarrollar y potenciar al máximo sus habilidades. Acoger e involucrar a los padres y apoderados de los estudiantes estableciendo y coordinando estrategias que permitan resolver situaciones propias del curso y que tiendan a promover el bienestar y calidad de vida de los estudiantes. Ser creativo e innovador, para responder a las expectativas y necesidades de sus estudiantes y pares, siendo motor de la generación de una cultura de aprendizaje. Ser capaz de trabajar exitosamente bajo presión. Contar con excelentes habilidades organizacionales, estableciendo un liderazgo con los y las profesoras que trabajan con su grupo curso. Hacerse responsable de todos los aspectos en el quehacer pedagógico relacionado con su curso. Ser capaz de empatizar con las características de sus estudiantes, ateniendo a las características propias de cada uno de ellos. Tener una participación positiva, proactiva y propositiva en todas las actividades del colegio. Tener una imagen profesional según las altas expectativas de la Institución. Presentar excelentes habilidades interpersonales y comunicativas, tanto orales como escritas que les permitan comunicar y participar en el debate permanente del aprendizaje como su eje de gestión.

Qualifications

Título: Título Profesional de Profesor de Estado o Educadora de Párvulos. Nivel de Inglés: para el ciclo de Infants School debe tener una certificación en Inglés, ser nativa o haber vivido en un país de habla inglesa. Para los ciclos de enseñanza básica y media no es requisito
