Every shirt that comes off our presses starts with you. You pull, label, and deliver the garments that keep the production floor running, and you make sure every order is right before it moves on. If you like active, hands-on work and take pride in getting it right, come join our production team!
We have the following shifts available:
- WEEKDAY SHIFT 1: Tuesday - Friday (4 10-hour shifts) 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- WEEKDAY SHIFT 2: Tuesday - Friday (4 10-hour shifts) 4:00 PM - 2:30 PM
- WEEKEND SHIFT 2: Saturday, Sunday and Monday (3 12-hour days) 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM
Why This Job Exists
Production can't run without the right garments in the right place at the right time. You are the person who makes that happen — pulling, staging, labeling, and replenishing blank inventory so the press operators and folders always have what they need to hit their targets. Your accuracy and consistency keep the entire production floor moving.

- Our market-based compensation strategy determines base pay for our jobs. You can use any of the publicly available tools to predict what you might earn here. All permanent roles are eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance, to which you will make a significant contribution.
- This is a hybrid role, you will be in office at either our Boston, MA or Hudson, NH location Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Requirements
What You Know and Have Done
- You have previous experience in a warehouse, production, or fulfillment environment — preferred, but not required.
- You can read and communicate in basic English.
- You are able to lift 30–50 pounds frequently and use a stair ladder to retrieve overstock items.
What You'll Do
- You scan and pull blank garments to fill production orders using an RF handheld scanner, matching the right items to the right jobs.
- You print and apply production labels to garments, verifying that all label data is accurate before the batch moves forward.
- You stage production batches in rolling bins and deliver them to specific printers as directed.
- You replenish pick bin locations from high bay stock so inventory is always available at the point of need.
- You maintain clean, organized shelf locations and complete daily housekeeping assignments.
- You communicate inventory discrepancies and out-of-ordinary issues to the team leader immediately so they can be resolved without disrupting production.
- You follow all safety procedures every shift, without exception.
- You stay open to inventory management technologies and digitally-assisted workflows as they are introduced on the floor.
