Job Summary

As Production Operator you will operate machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. You may be expected to handle heavy machinery. This position is fully onsite in Hazlet, USA for the First Shift.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and shut down manufacturing machinery, including extruders or computer-controlled tools.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications, using tools like automatic optical inspectors.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and keep the work area clean.
• Monitoring & Efficiency: Monitor production processes to optimize performance, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Reporting & Documentation: Record data regarding materials used and products produced, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and health regulations to prevent hazards.
