Position Overview
The Production Designer is a detail-oriented, highly organized role responsible for supporting the day-to-day production needs of a real estate company's creative team and its agent marketing services division — a paid marketing service that provides customized marketing support to individual real estate agents. Reporting to the Graphic Designer, this role will primarily focus on producing, adapting, and preparing marketing assets within established brands and design systems.
The Production Designer will also have opportunities to support the broader brand through social media content, digital advertising, and other creative projects. This is approximately a 70% production / 30% design role and is ideal for someone who enjoys the production side of design, works quickly and accurately, and takes genuine pride in getting the details right.
