As a Commercial Product Purchaser for TVH's global electrical components product range, you play a key role in developing and strengthening our portfolio of suppliers and electrical products used in material handling, industrial vehicles, and construction & agricultural machinery. These products include switches, buttons & parts, sensors, relays, contacts & contactors, and dashboard controls. Apply today!

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Sourcing & Supplier Relationship Management

• Own and manage the components portfolio within the Product & Procurement team

• Identify opportunities to expand and optimize the electrical components assortment through market research, competitor analysis, trade show participation, and TVH's global supplier network

• Develop and execute negotiation strategies with suppliers to drive favorable purchase cost outcomes

• Proactively source new suppliers and products, evaluate existing supplier ranges, and negotiate technical specifications, pricing, and quality terms to strengthen market position and reduce costs

Procurement Support & Availability

• Serve as the escalation point for the procurement advisor, ensuring products within your portfolio meet required standards for quality, availability, and on-time delivery

• Respond quickly to disruptions in availability, pricing, or quality; identify root causes and drive resolution to protect the customer experience

Quality & Supplier Management

• Partner with the Quality team to monitor and evaluate supplier performance

• Take constructive action with suppliers as needed to ensure the best possible outcome for customers

Data-Driven Performance Monitoring

• Track key performance indicators, including product availability, cost trends, and supplier performance

• Proactively address emerging risks with a structured, solution-oriented approach

You'll have the autonomy to make decisions within your product range, backed by a supportive and experienced team to help shape effective action plans.
