Responsibilities:
• Translate product-line strategy into actionable team backlogs and validate sprint outcomes to ensure steady execution.
• Own and continuously prioritize the team backlog to ensure development efforts focus on highest-value work that fulfills product goals.
• Define sprint goals, participate in sprint planning, and coordinate with the team to ensure realistic commitments.
• Manage scope changes and incoming requests during sprints, communicate changes with stakeholders, and adjust sprint plans accordingly.
• Ensure team-driven backlog refinement aligns with product strategy and priorities, validating outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to refine product features based on validated market and customer insights.
• Coordinate the work of BAs, SAs, and other roles during the discovery phase, ensuring requirements are clear and technically feasible.
• Support with providing the requirements to the team if goal and scope is understood.
• Plan releases (team-level) in collaboration with the Engineering Manager (PO defines scope → EM coordinates execution).
• Participate in feature acceptance testing and demos to validate quality and completeness.
• Participate in and co-lead sprint retrospectives with the EM, driving improvements in team practices.
• Manage risk identification and escalation paths (PO identifies product risks → EM manages delivery risks).
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, providing necessary context for high-quality releases.
• Validate project plans and documentation for stakeholders as needed (in collaboration with DM).
• Establish and maintain collaboration with the web department and other teams when cross-product work is required.
• Coordinate cross-team epics and ensure alignment on shared functionality.
• Work with the Estimator tool, obtain approvals, and support the estimation process (EM estimates → PO/DM approves).
• Collaborate with QA to categorize issues (Incident vs. Improvement) and prioritize bugs within the Product Backlog based on business impact.

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager or Similar Roles
• 1+ years of experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Pharma Marketing domain (IT/tech environment) - content supply chain process and systems (content creation, MLR, CRMs, Veeva, AEM, SFDC)
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet business objectives
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including understanding of model lifecycle, evaluation metrics, and limitations such as bias and hallucinations
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
• Familiarity with estimation techniques (story points, T-shirt sizing)
• English proficiency - upper-intermediate level or higher
• 1+ years of experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Pharma Marketing domain (IT/tech environment) - content supply chain process and systems (content creation, MLR, CRMs, Veeva, AEM, SFDC)
