About the role:

In Fever, we are looking for a person to join the Product Operations Team, helping us launch and scale products and business lines. The tasks will consist of the following:

• Digital products’ operational setup: support the operational setup and go-to-market of new products and tools, shaping their operating model end-to-end.
• Backend & Tools Management: creation, configuration, monitoring and ongoing maintenance of products and experiences across the backends of multiple internal and external tools (Fever's back office, ticketing and distribution platforms, Salesforce, CRM and other systems).
• Process Definition: define core operational processes from zero, testing and iterating on them before rolling them out at scale.
• Quality & Operational Monitoring: periodic reviews of the setups and configurations we deliver, detecting incidents early and making sure products keep running as expected over time.
• Cross-Team Coordination: be the connection point between Product, Technology, Operations, Project Management and Finance, ensuring information flows smoothly and decisions are aligned to get the best possible results from each product.
• Team Alignment & Reporting: participate in weekly meetings with relevant teams to align priorities, report operational issues and share learnings.

About you:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Fast learner with strong retention, proactive and able to take ownership and lead specific tasks or workstreams autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling high-demand peaks.
• High level of English and Spanish (required).
• 2+ years of experience in product operations, business operations or similar roles
• Proactive and decisive, with strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce
