Introduction

We are looking for dynamic Product Marketing Manager with experience in Instruction Set Simulation / Virtual Platforms / Digital Twins / Software Optimization and embedded processors to join our Atlas Explorer pre-sales team in Europe and support the MIPS Atlas Explorer product line. Atlas Explorer is the innovative developer tool that enables software engineers engage and provide application driven insights to system-on-chip (SoC) designers during the design phase, years before tape-out and silicon availability.

In this role, you will develop, coordinate and implement plans to expand the Atlas Explorer customer base and market presence in Europe. In collaboration with the Atlas Explorer Product Manager, you will to engage the regional Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify and drive new Atlas Explorer opportunities towards successful technical collaboration and business closure.

Your Job

• Deploy strategies to the expand Atlas Explorer customer base and market presence in Europe

• Identify, develop, and nurture new regional customer leads and new design opportunities

• Collaborate with Business Development and Sales to identify and qualify new design opportunities, conduct initial discovery meetings and capture customers processor requirements, strategize and promote Atlas Explorer to address customer needs

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to plan and drive Atlas Explorer awareness campaigns, conducting seminars and workshops to spread product knowledge across our customer base in Europe

• Drive, develop and maintain strong relationships with the Atlas Explorer customer base and their high-level management and key decision makers

• Participate in main industry events and conferences to promote the Atlas Explorer solutions and interact with potential customers and learn about their applications and system level requirements

• Gather market intelligence on comparable products and solutions offered by the competition

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related equivalent with 10+ years of work experience in Semiconductor or Electronic System Design industry

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing presales roles involving ASIC/ASSP/SoC product development projects

• Proven skills and experience in discovering and developing presales opportunities

• Knowledge and experience in Instruction Set Simulation / Virtual Platforms / Digital Twins / Software Optimization and EDA tool flow

• Good understanding of processor architectures and the competitive landscape

• Knowledge and experience with embedded processor requirements for one or more market segments (automotive, networking, artificial intelligence) is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to develop trusted relationships with customers and internal teams, listen to customer feedback and follow-up on actionable deliverables.

• Ability to organize, conduct and co-ordinate meetings involving multiple internal/external teams; summarize and communicate the key notes and the resulting action items 

• Proven presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Willing to travel (up to 30%) within Europe
