The Product Manager identifies growth opportunities through adoption analysis, assesses product potential, and develops commercial strategies, including pricing and offering tiers. The role oversees the product lifecycle—from roadmap prioritization and development tracking to launch and post-launch feedback—while connecting stakeholders, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success. It also monitors competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Business Case

• Define the product vision, strategy, and value proposition aligned to business objectives.

• Build business cases covering market opportunity, customer need, competitive positioning, revenue potential, investment, and ROI.

• Develop financial models, pricing scenarios, and commercialization strategies.

• Present investment recommendations to leadership; track market trends and emerging technology to drive innovation.

2. Pricing & Commercial Strategy

• Define pricing, packaging, and monetization models; benchmark against competitive pricing.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and business leaders to optimize commercial models.

• Monitor profitability, ARR, margin, adoption, and customer lifetime value, and recommend pricing adjustments.

3. Roadmap & Prioritization

• Own and maintain the product roadmap; translate opportunities into initiatives, epics, and releases.

• Facilitate prioritization workshops balancing customer need, business value, technical feasibility, and strategy.

• Apply prioritization frameworks based on ROI, customer impact, and market demand.

• Drive alignment across engineering, UX, customer success, sales, and executive stakeholders.

4. Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business and customer requirements.

• Author PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional specifications.

• Work with UX and Engineering to refine solutions and validate technical feasibility.

• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and product reviews.

5. Launch & Adoption

• Define launch, enablement, and adoption strategies; execute go-to-market plans with Marketing and Sales.

• Drive onboarding, customer training, and customer success initiatives.

• Track adoption, usage, engagement, retention, and revenue performance.

• Identify adoption barriers, act on post-release feedback, and improve value realization.

6. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Leadership

• Act as the primary point of contact for product decisions across internal and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate consensus and decision-making across diverse groups.

• Report roadmap progress, product performance, risks, and opportunities; influence strategy with data-driven recommendations.

7. Performance & Analytics

• Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.

• Measure adoption, retention, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and ROI.

• Maintain executive dashboards and lead periodic product performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science; or an MBA with specialization in Product Management.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Strategy roles.

• Demonstrated experience across business case development, pricing and commercialization, roadmap management, requirements documentation, and go-to-market execution.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capability.

• Experience with SaaS, digital, or platform products and subscription-based business models.

• Exposure to product analytics tooling and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience managing products across multiple markets, segments, or channel partners.
